The Peak District National Park Authority is the statutory Planning Authority for the National Park area. The Planning Guidance section of their website has lots of useful information and they have a Planning Application Portal which enables a search of past and current planning applications.

Other related matters such as Building Control or Environmental Health are the responsibility of Staffordshire Moorlands District Council.
